WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

We usually restock popular sold out items in future shop updates. Feel free to contact us about a particular item.

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock. We are waiting for the product to arrive before we can send it to you. Turnaround times for these items are longer than standard items in the shop.

Please see section “When do pre-orders ship?” below for more information.

WHAT ARE B-GRADE ITEMS?

B-grade items are heavily discounted as they have slight imperfections such as a creased corner or ink stain. Usually, these imperfections are barely noticeable so you can still enjoy b-grade items for their intended use.

WHEN IS YOUR NEXT SHOP UPDATE?

We announce official dates for shop updates on our Instagram. You can also join the mailing list to know about future updates and product restocks.

WHAT PACKAGING DO YOU USE?

Goods are shipped in protective, environmentally friendly packaging with cardboard backing and we use recyclable materials wherever possible.

Please reuse any packaging materials before recycling.

Shipping & Delivery

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not currently ship internationally but hope to do so in the future. To know when we will start shipping internationally, please stay tuned to our newsblog as we will be sure and announce it there as well as on Instagram.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

I aim to ship in 3-5 business days. However, during busy periods this may be slightly longer. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

WHEN DO PRE-ORDERS SHIP?

Delivery times come into effect once pre-order items are shipped.

Please note that orders containing pre-order items are shipped complete. If you’d like a non pre-order item to ship sooner, please place a separate order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracked shipping is optional but highly recommended. If you would like a tracking number with your order, then please select the tracked shipping option available at checkout.

A tracking number will be provided.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED

Please allow 30 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive. If it does not arrive after this time, please contact me with the name and number of your order.

If you have not selected the tracked shipping option available at checkout we will not be able to locate delayed or missing orders.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO YOU?

If any orders are returned to us:

- Customers can pay shipping again to have an order re-sent to them or,

- We can refund the order minus the original shipping cost & a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds & Returns

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel an order, please let me know within 48 hours of ordering.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

All orders are regarded as final. However, if you have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible.

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED

Do not accept damaged items. Contact us right away and try to take photos of any damage to your package upon delivery. Please include the name and number of your order.
